This is completely dependent on your event or activation purpose. We are completely versatile, if you let us know what you have in mind we can advise how the event should work. Even if you don’t have a clear idea but know you’d like to involve us in your event, please reach out! 

As expected as much time as possible is ideal, but we understand that sometimes it’s a last minute idea! Even if the event is 24 hours away, please still enquire and we’ll see how we can make it work. 

This is completely dependent on the event style, timings of the event, how many days you’ll need us there, where the event is located and how many team members you’d need to facilitate the event. If you have a budget in mind please advise this and we can let you know how we can structure the activation to align with this.

We supply all equipment needed for the activation. It’s completely up to you if you’d like to supply the product to be customized or if you’d like us to provide it. The only thing we’ll need you to sort are tables, chairs & power!
