Our turnaround time for custom sneaker orders is 4-5 weeks. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss.
Our site is 100 % secure. We use double authentication, and our site is certified HTTPS. We accept credit cards. We also offer the option to split the payment in interest free installments "Buy Now, Pay Later" using SHOPAY.
It's very simple when you add your item to the cart and click on "Continue to payment", select your payment method.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.
We would not suggest the use of a washing machine. We recommend a bristle brush and we are yet to find a trainer cleaner product that doesn't work!
Our paint is crack and water resistant but for extra protection we suggest Protection Spray.
To help prevent creasing we recommend Crease Preventers and Shoe Trees.
Yes! The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your KBK's.
As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.
